Agree, great podcast!
Beautifully set up to answer your own question with the podcast link.
I will commend you by listening to said podcast.
I heard from Craig Engles that Pete Julina is like J.K. Simmons from the movie Whiplash.
That podcast is about Pete's personal life and appears to purposefully avoid any real training information.
Since no one else answered the question, I'll give it a go: They do one long run a week most of the year. They run mileage as needed, which in Brazier's and Engel's case is very little because they were super talents at a young age. They work up to very race specific sessions without overdoing it. Probably 2-3 workouts a week, of varying tempo, cruise intervals, and threshold intervals and the occasional kick simulation thrown in. They also lift some weights, get massaged, and do various active stretches, drills, and muscle activation exercises daily. Worth noting that Pete worked with Gags as a pro runner, and probably learned a lot from him.
There is a wealth of Alberto Salazar workouts online, specifically from Ritz that may be of note. Also worth noting, L-Carnitine injections proved very effective and gave NOP athletes a very fine edge for the London 2012 Olympics and beyond, as is well documented and only illegal due to exceeding the daily volume injectable. Pete is a very good coach and has a great reputation, literally the opposite reputation as Salazar. He was a great choice to head up the NOP 2.0 and will continue to do great things.
All roads lead to Pete.
The insider that provided the intel that nailed Alberto came from Pete.
Don’t get me wrong Alberto acted inappropriately but his biggest mistake was that he trusted Pete.
God that podcast is horrible. Just some white guys boring the sh!t out of each other telling glory day stories. I didn't know about the trio of Julian brothers, that was the best thing from the podcast from these pompous posers.

No, Salazar's biggest mistake was deciding to push the boundaries into the the "legal grey area" on PEDs. This ultimate lead him to cross the line with forcing his athletes abuse of prescription drugs for off-use purposes and utilizing an illegal method of administering L-Carnitine. He then went full super villain with his testosterone experiments.

Wasn't that Ritz and Magness? Both part of the NOP before Pete, both testified loud and clear.
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
