I've got a 7 mile race coming up this Saturday, the only race I really want to excel in this season. I missed a few days of running last week to buy a house and I'm hoping it didn't affect me much. Last night I ran a 7 miler at close to tempo pace, and threw in a couple of fast halfs in the middle. Given that it's already Wednesday, what kind of runs should I do the rest of the week to stay fresh and make sure I'm in top form Saturday morning?
... and Webb should stick to the 1500/Mile.
