HHW - Wouldn’t stress about a change in your easy pace. Some of it might be due to weather, and yes, workouts will slow it.
SC - Jogging not sucking is good. Guess I missed GT the other week.
RRR - Nice workouts. When I was in HS, I ran some good races weighing in around 175 (out of shape up to 185). In recent years I assumed the scale must’ve been off, but looked at some old pictures when I was back home, and...it was probably accurate. Then again, wasn’t racing longer than 3200m.

Npurdy - It’s tough doing real training without a near-term goal. I kind of wrote off racing in 2020. If you don’t find a race, just need to find a groove.
DW - Didn’t comment last week, but had a similar experience playing amateur radiology tech trying to read an MRI when I had a sports hernia. Since there’s no pain, I think your plan makes sense. I wonder what imaging of an average niggle would reveal.
