if the course was flat, it's an okay time.
it most likely had hills though, so in that case you would have a nice time there.
If you want me to be honest, no. If it's for a girl, then yes.

It's fast enough to get a perfect score for the 1.5 mile run portion of the Navy PFT. You only need a 9 minute 1.5 mile run to get perfect score.

Doesn’t really matter what you run in 9th grade just try to get below 10 minutes by late sophomore year
