I've been running since May 2020. Been running about 55MPW with two workouts a week and 13mi long runs @ 6:30-6:50. I did a 2mile TT two weeks ago and ran 9:40. I will be doing aa 5k TT within the next 2-4 weeks. Will I be able to crack that sub 15min barrier based on the 2mi time? What do you think is a reasonable time for me to go after? Current 5k PR is 15:25 thanks!
