If it is sunny and not windy, 50 or even below. Sun is a glorious nutrient when you have diet high in essential fatty acids and fat-soluble nutrients. I can easily go 8 hours in sun without getting burned. It used to be an hour or two and got red. Always used to slather the sunscreen, now only when out on water or snow. I used to get all kinds of moles and skin tags on a high-carb diet, now not only are they not appearing, but disappearing. Skin looks 20-30 years younger.
Above 80-85 I wear a wet or damp cotton shirt.
