you will never run 2:20 with running on treadmill and the marathon will be cancelled anyway

Look at his fb! Good runners really confirm they are coached by him and thank him for the good coaching. The runners really exist.

Why everybody says that I don't exist? Check Strava, check facebook, check instagramm. I can send you a crew list from my vessel CMA CGM MAGDALENA IMO No: 9724049
You can find vessel at Atlantic Ocean heading to Tanger by vesseltracker.
You are the one person now that actually hired Jan to be your coach .
All the other runners he supposedly coached are......fake, made up in his imagination
No names of the runners, no strava links, no nothing except the promise that we soon will learn the names of the wonder kenian runners
Phil is real. Although not coached by JS anymore he is still running, just went <15 5k. Canefis has a strava that looks 100% legit. No idea if he will be near his goal time, but these are real people and not a giant troll job. I'm actually a fan of these training threads, it takes balls to say here is my goal, my training, and everyone can ridicule me.
Phil did not run a < 15 5k. Canefis also has a Strava account with 100% manual entry runs (no gps). It would take about 30 seconds a day to fake.
Not saying it is fake but you information above is basically 100% incorrect.

You scroll down to the oldest months january-may 2020 where I was running on land only with GPS.
From 15 october 2020 I will continue to run on land+track+GPS in Spain (Valencia area)
You haven't been on land for months, where are you?
40th week: (completed)
Mo: easy @04:20
Tue: 20x400 5K
We: easy @04:20
Thu: easy 80min @04:20
Fri: easy 50min @04:20
Sat: 18x800 @03:15min/km,
1st rep: avg heart rate=156, recovery time=01:21
18th rep: avg heart rate=161, recovery time=01:40
Max heart rate on 15-18 reps was 172-173
Breezing is perfect
Legs are perfect
Finished very strong
So far, so good.

Oh Jan, Jan, that punctuation...
Jan the lying man.
Very good Slava and now next week we slow down the paces a little but increase length of maxVO2 intervals and LT-s .....
Some say my system is " copy and paste", but they know nothing. I coach like Canova in that way the individual runner gets perfect training week by week taking into account the previous week`s results. This way there is an inbuilt periodisation in the system that is individualized.

To bad your coach handle so much handles.
1/The Wizard JS, 2/????, 3/Bishop hill, 4/Superior Coach JS, 5/Old wood and i could go on and on.
And all to talk to himself how great he is in his training.
Thats why (almost) nobody takes you also serious .
Well......after 15th October Slava will be verified with GPS and all interested can keep on follow my coaching of him here and at Strava. But as I say treadmill training (with 1-1½ % incline) is very similar to "real" running and maybe Slava will run some workouts at a faster treadmill in Valencia than he has now with top speed 3:00 min/ km . To have a chance for Mission Impossible and sub 2:20 in February he needs to run 2:55 min/ km at his maxVO2 workouts.
As you probably see I never "ask" for faster paces from my runner in training than what the runners shape and hartrate tells me is perfect. This way there is minimal chance of injury and overdoing. This is the smart way to train individual optimized.

Maybe take a look at Phil's strava 9/19?? 3.11m 14:57t even has a measuring wheel.
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
