Love the way she runs. You know she will deliver an excellent race regardless
Great pb for Wightman 1.44.18
Wightman 1:44:18. Nice!

Yeah it was a crazy finish.
Terrific 800m
Kinyamal and Vazquez went out hard - Vazquez looked surprised as the young Kenyan went by him on the second curve. Kramer and Wightman moved up with 300 left, 1:16high through 600m
Vazquez/Kinyamal tightened up on the homestretch, Kramer swung wide, Wightman swung wider to make it four wide and won in 1:44low. Tuka and Van Diepen snuck up at the end.
Kramer FINALLY breaks 1:45! terrific NR for him, 1:44.47. Tuka third in 1:44.51

Came off the turn 4 wide
It's amazing how little research this announcer has done. I was watching Weightman the whole time. THere was hardly any mention of him. And then when he wins he says something along the lines of - He's 26. No talk of the 3:29 in Monaco - how he's faster than Coe, etc.
You'd think World Athletics would hand him a stats page.
Can Gemechu or Can take a 'tired' Hassan in 5K?

It’s Wightman, bro.

Now no mention of Hassan's WR this weekend or how she might be tired from it.

That was a packed field, no way they could do a bio on half of them.
Nah, she re"juiced" since then. Will sit on them then kick.
did Dibaba scratch the 1500? saw her in a world athletics article then not in the entries
Wightman needed revenge after his embarrassing loss at the Brit Championships last week.

But I did roll my eyes when he mentioned his 3rd place in the 2018 CG 1500 but not the 3:29, pre-race.
1:47 for 600m if I got it correctly. 14:45 pace or so?
Color me shocked that rojo is yet again complaining about commentating and implying that he could do better.
It's a shame Cheptegei isn't in this one. The temps are nice. 61 fight now dew point of 52.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
