Yea, they just cut out the men’s 1500 completely. It also kept randomly going to the “starting soon” screen in between events. It had to have been someone’s first day on the job. Regardless pretty unacceptable

I had the same issue but thought it was my internet cutting out. I did watch the 1500 about 15 minutes later on youtube so it wasn't the end of the world. But for most people who pay to watch, they would be interested in a loaded 1500.

Good luck w/any help from NBC "Customer support".

Asked them on Aug 15 why it took nearly 2 days for the Monaco DL Replay to be posted.

"Monaco Diamond League Track & Field meet 8-14-20 replay????

When will this appear on the website? Usually replays appear w/in a few minutes of event conclusion....................................... Disappointed..."

yeah, i sent an email and got an automated response. pretty disappointed.

I switched to a VPN in another country and watched it on Youtube when that happened. I'll actually probably pay for a VPN service in the future (free ones exist, but are crappy) and do that instead of NBC gold.

Sounds like the move honestly. Was looking at NordVPN, and then either using the CBC Canadian or the BBC streams.
