Pretty sure these guy train with the Ingebrigtsen's now. Atleast 5-6 sessions a week.
Both of them have improved significantly with new PB's this year. They are far from elite yet, but good enough to be no 5 and 8 on the european 5000m list this year)
There's not been much running this season obviously, but Norway has a whopping 6 of the top 17 times in Europe this year without Filip or Jakob having run 5000m this season.
There is quite a few norwegians, swedes and fins applying Gjert principles in their running now and improving greatly because of it.
