Hey here’s an idea you homos.
Name the band they are in. If you boomers are waxing poetry about some dumb 60s or 70s band nobody cares.
1. Lars Ulrich
2. Dave Lombardo
3. Larry Mullen, Jr
4. Rick Allen
5. Nea Betera
I have only one favorite drummer: Barrie Barlow of Jethro Tull who was with Tull from 1971-1980. His name was sometimes "theatricalized" to Barriemore Barlow. (Tull did something similar with Jeffrey Hammond, Tull's bassist from 1971-1975, inflating his name to Jeffrey Hammond-Hammond - his mother's maiden name was Hammond, by the way.) Listen to Barlow's drumming on No Lullaby:
1. Stephen Morris
2. Elaine Harris
3. Britt Walford
4. Yoyoka Soma
5. Grant Hart
Terry Williams. Dire Straits
Sultans of Swing. Alchemy Live
Keith Moon
Danny Carey
Carl Granding
Holly Porteous
Mike Hammer(pre 1995)
Roger Humphries
Billy Cobham
Ginger
Louis Hayes
Tony Williams
My favorites, because they make me want to punch things too:
Des Kensel (High on Fire)
Nico McBrain (Iron Maiden)
Lucky Lehrer (Circle Jerks)
Brant Bjork (Kyuss)
Dale Crover (Melvins)
