Never stretch
Run barefoot on road at least 6 miles a week
Stop running when your form breaks down whether it's long or short distance
Always wear minimal shoes
Run from the hips (don't stick your lower leg out let is be passive)
Do not wear tights that are too tight around the knee and liners too tight in the groin
Never run with a backpack
Do not have a crazy gf who messes up your mental strength because once your mental strength goes your body follows - hence old people.
