I'm 24 , running for 4-5 years, 7 times a week, 150-160 km total.

Any suggestions for a a training plan for my next half marathon? I'm looking of a high mileage plan.
Sage Canaday plan was great, what about naz elite half marathon training plans (advanced or elite), or the hammer and axe by tinman?
If someone has a 10K training plan with total of 140 miles a week that can be great as well.
