After the results of Hoolihan (14'23"92), Schweizer (14'26"34), Moh Ahmed (12'47"20) and Lopez Lomong (12'58"78), do you continue to think not possible running under 14'30" / 13'05" without doping, or finally are able to understand that 90% of the reason for top performances is a correct fast pace, something that always happened with El Guerrouj and Bekele, who became the best rabbits for the other athletes ?
The progression of Hoolihan in 5000m is clear : her last competitions were WCh in London (2017) in 15'00"37 (10.08), the meeting in Heusden in August 2018 (14'34"46 improving of 26"), and the race of yesterday, improving of other 11". And in 3000m indoor, she suddenly imporved of 10" (from 8'26"66 to 8'26"01).
Schweizer never went under 15' till last edition of WCh in Doha (14'52"41 in the heat, 14'45"18 in the final), and now runs in 14'26".
All the best performances of Moh Ahmed are or in big meetings or in big championships : 12'58"16, arriving n. 6, in Golden Gala (Roma) last year ; in 10000m, 26'59"35 in WCh 2019 in Doha, and previously 27'02"35 in WCh in London 2017.
Do you continue to have the stupid idea that these results are produced by doping, or that the two most important factors (a part the individual talent) are the training methodology, and the pace during the competition ?
Or, reversing what normally I say, "doping can only help black athletes living and running in altitude, but doesn't work on American athletes" ?
