The whole idea that if you aren't with us you are against us is absurd. The idea that if someone disagrees with the BLM movement that makes them a racist is a new form of McCarthyism, only in reverse (now instead of hunting down Marxists, we are hunting down those that disagree with Marxism). I don't believe in the BLM movement. I think the statistics do not support the premise that there is institutional racism in the United States of America. I think the movement to defund the police will endanger far more black lives than it will save. I believe that the only institutional form of racism in the USA is affirmative action, which I support the Supreme Court's majority opinion that it is necessary through 2028 (as opined by justices O'Connor and Thomas, both Republican appointees). I find it ironic that NWSL players are so supportive of of the BLM movement considering one of their central tenets is trans activism, which threatens to destroy athletic opportunities for cis females. Refusing to wear a BLM shirt or refusing to kneel during the anthem does not make someone a racist, it just means they are strong enough to stand up to the mob.
