I am 20 years old with a decent running background but haven't been running much lately. I have not run more than 20 miles in the last 2 months and it has mostly been slow running (between 7:30 - 8:00 min. pace). Last night I did a workout without running for a week. It was 2 miles in 12:16, 1 mile in 6:05, and 800m in 3:00 minutes. There was a 3 minute rest period between reps. What could I run for 5k now?....What could I run with some decent training?
