We've received a few requests for training plans for adults.
We started with high schoolers as it was more time sensitive. With adults we originally had thought we'd offer more goal race type plans ie marathon / half marathon etc. But the more I think about it and with your emails I think that may not be the best course of action.
Some people are saying "hey I don't know what I'm training for in the fall but I want a good base training plan."
Some are saying, "Hey I just want a plan for the summer"
So I'm curious to hear what people want. Feel free to post her or email me
