So this summer is crazy for me, Im only going to have time for about 40 miles a week with some light stretching/rolling. My life will be crazy till september 4th, after which i plan on training for the mesa marathon, feb 13 2021. That give me 23 weeks to get fit enough to go after my PR of 2:28.
what would you guys do untill then? How can I use 40 miles a week as efficiently as possible?
