I’m begging my base training phase to prepare for my junior year Xc season and I was wondering if it would benefit me more for all my runs to be 730 pace easy or to run 6:50 pace so that sub 7 pace will eventually become my easy run. I don’t like the idea of doing easy 7:30-8:00
Pace miles for most of my runs. I’m looking to be in sub 16:30 shape or so for Xc, any tips? Any training plan ideas? Should I make my runs slower or faster and when should I start doing tempos?
