So to rephrase, @Wejo, were you are Employee 1.1 running more or less than 30 miles per week 9-15 months ago?

Congrats Wejo!
On a somewhat unrelated curiosity, how much were you and employee 1.1 running 9-14 months ago? I recall a thread on here from ~1 year ago discussing, and providing some scientific evidence to support, how male endurance athletes disproportionately father female offspring. Wondering if these are two more data points supporting that.
Fascinating. I was running less. Steve probably more but I'll ask. Steve's first kid is a son.
Erik our web guy has a son and a daughter. Seems like he has been running more recently than when I first met him (around time of son).

Of course I will allow her on LetsRun when it is age appropriate.
I asked the question because while there has been improvement, LetsRun still has this reputation, so I'm asking the question for others, not myself. The others who no longer visit the site. I'm an anomaly, not to say I'm not affected.
Progress and improvement are good things. You can find threads from 2002 with people saying they're leaving the site.
However, I'm open to the idea that with the more progress we make as a society the more we search to find offense. Or maybe it is just the nature of social media. Not that there aren't problematic issues on letsrun (or in society) or offensive, sexist and racist posts (people in society). But we're losing sense of perspective and the progress we are making. Microagressions and trigger warnings are becoming new norms, but they replaced things much worse.
And I don't think you're an anomaly at all. There are hundreds of thousands of women on LetsRun every month. The stereotype is women don't come on LetsRun but stereotypes ignore the individuals.
Good advice. I had "planned" to sleep in this morning as my wife took over the morning duties. Charlotte was being fussy so now I've taken over and my wife is getting some rest.
Have you considered the possibility that your daughter will reject the nickname CeCe ? What if she prefers to be called some variation of Charlotte, such as Charl. How will you react ?

If she doesn’t want to go by Cece I presume I’d call her whatever she wants to be called.
Like if Robert said he preferred Rob I would try and call him Rob. Doesn’t seem like a huge deal.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
