Why don't you silence the haters right now, by explaining how you ran a 6:21 mile right after you ran your 5k pr lmao

Hahaha! That's because I didn't go all out in that 5k! Looks like I can go even faster next time! I think sub 16 shouldn't be a problem.
So much wrong with this. A 3hr marathon is pathetically slow compared to a17min 5k or a 5min mile and so wouldn’t prove anything.
And at st George? That may fool your lifter buddies, but anyone who knows anything about running knows that downhill races are meaningless when talking about time.
Actually, I take back what I said. Downhill marathons are still bulls***, but they are at least more legit than using the “indoor run” mode on a Garmin to record a treadmill run.

As far as I'm concerned, he definitely didn't run those times. Too much doesn't add up. So I have come to my personal conclusions.
So what do we want now? There is almost no way to "get" this guy, because he has to admit it or the mods at reddit have to start questioning their beliefs (they don't do that).
But the idea of taking down a lying, karma-farming Redditor with years of work behind his account is just so tempting.
Wat do?
It's great when LetsRun get together to investigate someone. Always ends well.
I believe that this guy lost some weight and now lifts weights a lot. I don't believe that he runs at all though. I'm sure he can post a vid of a quick mile if he really wants to defend himself but I doubt we will see that.
