initially I thought Marco initiated since it happened as he ran up on them, but after a couple rewatches it seems he had a clear like and Samuel reached out to cut him off. Would expect a DQ for Samuel - though not sure I've ever seen an NCAA winner DQed

Its under review. I've watched it a couple times and I could see both Langdon and Samuel getting dq. Langdon started the contact but Samuel pushing his way thru them when he clearly didn't have the lane anymore is what tripped up sahlman

Yeah he reaches out purposefully impeding Marco trying to stop him from passing there, but Marco also shoved his way into a gap that wasn't there.
