There's nothing wrong with this guy. He's just straight forward no BS type of guy. He knows what he wants and isn't going to p@ssy foot around to get it. I like that he takes responsibility that he lost and owns up to it and doesn't let it take him down. He's going to move forward. I wish this guy the best.
You sissy boys on let's run can learn a lot from this guy instead of crying like babies all the time.
This kid is such an ahole. Hard not to want to see him lose.
It gets harder , but it was Samuel who got pulled down, not him . It was not him that fouled , would he have won? Probably not but it was not his initiated contact and he was moved up,
His attitude is ruining other people's races. Genuinely hope other NCAA runners bring their A-game to outdoors because I'd rather see anyone else win.
He is becoming the most hated person in track. It’s actually fun because on the distance side I would argue we have never seen such an antagonistic villain before other than arguably Mekhissi from France who dirty raced, gave rude interviews, and actually punched Medhi Baala. You can’t say it isn’t entertaining. For a moment, I honestly thought that little spat between him and JG was going to escalate. You never see that kind of thrilling unpredictability in a track interview. JG has earned my respect for keeping such composure. All he did was ask if he wanted to file a protest and homeboy acted like he made a joke about his momma. Classic.
Marco is the kind of guy probably 75-80% of posters here wish they could be.
He's confident, don't give F@ck what you think, a good runner, and attractive to the ladies.
You guys on these boards are such insecure Sissys. I can tell by some of the threads you guys post here on this site asking the dumbest questions. Always insecure.
You hide behind your keyboards posting BS but in person you are such cowards. Marco will tell you to your face what he thinks.
He's the type of guy who your wives or girlfriends admire in secret and wish you were while you go out for your slow fartsy runs.

Hey Marco. Tough luck getting whooped in both the 5k and 3k. Better luck next time. And ask your barber for your money back.

Yeah, asking if he was going to file a protest is an elementary question that any reporter would have to ask. Marco looked like a douche for responding that way. Then JG, was cool as ice and followed up with two or three good questions. Gault is an extremely solid reporter and writer.

No, I would say that 90-95% of the posters on this board wish they could be the kind of guy who wins.

Did he really say if people have a problem that they can meet me outside? Worst villain of all time.
I just watched the race replay. (I can't get through more than about 45 seconds of the interview as hard as I try.) It looks like Samuel said, "meet me outside" with that elbow and Langdon immediately got the heck out of Dodge. He can talk the talk in interviews but wanted to avoid confrontation at all costs. He's like the tiny Chihuahua that goes bat$hit crazy barking at a large dog but if the big dog even takes one step toward it the Chihuahua is heading the other direction as fast as its legs can carry it.

Nah, Marco is a baby. The real men actually win and don't talk about it.
Do you have experience in championship races? Marco is one of the very few athletes that actually speaks his mind, as opposed to pad answers. I’m not sure how winning or not defines someone’s manhood. The fight and willingness to express it do.
