I like the Wheelchair annoucer as she's knowledgeable but it drive me nuts that the just talked about Huig running the course in 1:15. He didn't run a single step. Why don't they say "wheeled"? Language must mean something.

Crap, I forgot that there are 6 more miles of coverage of the women's wheelchair race. JeezFC.
Not that USATF cares about the sport any more than ESPN does but maybe if Lets Run started a campaign to let them know- in mass quantities- how angry we all are at the horrible coverage they would help enact change.

This is absurd. I keep opening the race broadcast on my computer and it's always showing the wheelchair races.
I guess they figure it's like eating your vegetables, get the wheelchairs out of the way early and then focus on the runners. But it's absurd how much coverage they get. We have a guy running 2:00 pace in the men's race and an American leading the women's race and they're basically being ignored.

They need to start and finish the wc races BEFORE the running race starts.
