Wow! I am surprised. I did kind of think few people outside of this thread knew or cared. But this makes me think a lot of runners know and some do care.

If Mike was a nicer person and VIA was an aberration, I'd feel sorry for him. What a legacy!

So Monday night at 9:18 PM my mother, who lives with me, gets a phone call. She then hands me the phone and tells me it's the Abington Police. I tried to tell it that there is no way it can be the police and to hang up on them. But she insists I talk o them. So I take the phone and the person on the other end says he is Detective Philip Geliebter.

So yes, apparently Mike called the police on me for my tweets and my posts on this forum. A female officer had called and left a message earlier in the day, but I didn't know about it. But I guess they have to follow up on all complaints regardless of how stupid they are.

So he asked me if I had been posting things about him and I told him I had. I explained to hi that Mike had been doing the same, and to others besides myself. I briefly explained how it all started with the cheating, the principal letter and Mike's attempts to intimidate people. He said he knew about the media surrounding the letter, but that Mike had stopped posting and tweeting back in September, to which I told him that was complete bullshit and that Mike made up fake screen names and odds are he was on here just a couple days ago calling me a stalker and pedophile.

So he seemed pretty annoyed that he was even having to call me because a grown man couldn't deal with another person making mean tweets. He didn't say directly that he could or would charge me with anything. All he did say was that if this somehow ever went to court a judge would just laugh at us both and throw it out. Then he said we were both being childish and asked if I would stop. I just yes and wished him a good night and ended the call.

Obviously, charging me with anything or even threatening to charge me with a crime would be a violation of my first amendment rights. I have looked up the laws and I would have to threaten Mike in some capacity and the detective would have to be able to prove that I had intentions of following through on that threat.

He's probably upset about me tweeting about his wife possibly divorcing him and his kids probably getting picked on in school and failing. I have no way of knowing of either of these are true, but I imagine I am hitting pretty close to home for him to get upset enough to call the police on me. And the fact that his wife didn't attend the class reunion might be evidence of an inevitable divorce. Isn't the whole idea of going to one of those things is to show off how great your life turned out? I know if I went to mine I'd be proud to show off my girlfriend.

So I just stopped using his Twitter handle in my tweets. But I will continue to spread the word to any concerned parties regarding his cheating. I think the blog posted earlier just goes to show that even runners who don't read LR are familiar with his cheating. The news has spread much further and wider than we are even aware of.

And if the Abington Police Department weren't aware of Mike's cheating they are now.

Not that you care, but have you ever stopped to think that you are getting a little out of control? Both you and Mike are becoming more and more unstable, and this is obviously an unhealthy obsession for you.

just collate all the screen shots of Rossi's intimidating tweets and forward them to Detective Geliebter, that'll help convince him about Rossi. And ask here for any screen shots you haven't got of his, I'm sure people here who have them will be only to happy to assist by reposting them.

Now we know another reason why Rossi restricted access to his Twitter, it was to clean it up before contacting the PD:

Thanks. I made it clear that I will not be bullied. And I'm glad to see that nobody on here will allow themselves to be bullied either.

I was initially sucked into this by the letter to the principal. When I commented on one of the articles Mike went and wrote negative reviews about my video company on my Facebook page for all my clients to see. NOBODY FVCKS WITH INCOME AND CAPACITY TO SUPPORT MY FAMILY.

And then I learned about the cheating at Via. Mike liked all that media attention until it turned negative against him. So just like he kept plugging away when the press was calling him "father of the year", we will keep plugging away now that he is considered one of the most well known cheaters in running history.

Mike needs to confess and give back his participation medals. Or word of his cheating is just going to expand - person by person, day by day, year by year. There's no end in sight.
