Mike doesn't post here so he asked me to tell you fellas he was contacted by the media today. They wanted to do a story on him and his alleged marathon misdirection, Mike referred him to here. The reporter got back to him and said he wasn't going to bother pursuing it after reading the last half dozen pages of this thread as there didn't seem to be a case to answer.

Since Mike has been found guilty by not only a preponderance of the evidence, but beyond any reasonable doubt, please don't use the qualifier "alleged" on this thread anymore.

You can continue to use the euphemism "misdirection" around his friends and family however, to save him further humiliation.

Contrary to you, who probably had to google WTF "Sync license" even means, I knew exactly what I was talking about.

Just because something is unlikely to get you in legal trouble, it actually is becoming more and more likely to get videographers in legal trouble now more than ever, doesn't mean it's not a copyright infringement. I'm not going to go into further detail on this matter, you're clearly ignorant and delusional in every aspect of your life, why would it be any different in your own job?
