So he has it for rent all year round. That makes this an investment property. I have many friends so who did this at the beginning of the housing market boom and are now losing money hand over fist. Notice it says Mike has been a member since 2004. Isn't that right when mortgage companies were signing checks with their eyes closed?

So that explains lot. He owns it, but it's being paid for by renting it out to strangers who then do nasty things all over your furniture when their drunk.

That's not exactly the same as "owning vacation home".

My parents owned home in Ocean Gate, New Jersey until I was 18. We left all our stuff there at the end of the summer and it was there next summer when we got back.

83 COMPLAINTS FILED AGAINST WEDDING VIDEOGRAPHER, SETTLEMENT REACHED

HARRISBURG - The Office of Attorney General has reached a settlement with Bucks County wedding videographer Kenneth H. Stillman Jr. after receiving 83 complaints from consumers who paid Stillman for wedding videos they did not receive.

The settlement resolves allegations that the business failed to provide wedding video products and services for which they entered into contracts with consumers, and resolves the Commonwealth's claims against him for violations of the Consumer Protection Law.

In the lawsuit the Commonwealth alleged that Stillman, doing business as Kenneth Stillman Video, contracted with consumers and accepted substantial payments to provide wedding video products and services, but either failed to do so or failed to do so in a timely manner.

Stillman also allegedly failed to respond to consumers' complaints, requests for status updates, requests for their videos and requests for refunds. Under the terms of the settlement, Stillman is required to:

Refrain from violating Pennsylvania's Consumer Protection Law in the future;

Deliver to consumers any and all wedding videos in his possession that are outstanding; and

Pay restitution to eligible consumers as well as civil penalties to the Commonwealth.

The Bureau of Consumer Protection is urging consumers who believe they have been victimized by these practices to file a complaint by calling 1-800-441-2555 or visiting

or print a complaint form which can be mailed or faxed to the Attorney General's Office.

The agreement, which is subject to court approval, was filed in the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas by Deputy Attorney General Saverio P. Mirarchi of the Office of Attorney General's Bureau of Consumer ....

I never said my parents were rich. My dad worked for the phone company for 43 years (Bell, AT&T, and then Lucent). My dad was smart with his money. He preferred a row home in NE Philly to a bigger single home and that afforded us to have great summers at a little beach town near the Barnegat Bay. He had a decent size fishing boat and bought me my own fiberglass fishing boat with a motor to ride up and down Toms River.

And if you have read my posts you will know I am not out for revenge. I have made it clear that I have no intentions of trying to do anything to hurt Mike's family. I think he's done that all by himself.

I want him to be DQ'd like everyone else. He cheated. He used that cheating as a platform to hurt a school principal and her family. I think he owes them some kind of apology and should make some form of gesture to make up for the pain he caused her. But we all know that will never happen.

Mike is not and will never be a humble person to admit he did anything wrong to anyone. I know this from what I have witnessed here and from speaking with people who know him better than I. All I could hope for is to get him DQ'd from LVM and Boston. And eventually he will be.
