Just because there is an amenities book in a condo doesn't make automatically make it a time share. Many smart property owners use property management groups to handle their properties. Those property management groups have good reason to have those amenity books available, including scratching the backs of businesses who scratch theirs. Of course, it might be a timeshare. So what? Still a nice option for some people. Do you have any assets you can rent out if you're not going to use them? I didn't think so.
I'll deflect early, no I'm not Mike. I think he cheated and should be Dq'd. I also don't think we should talk about his family or anything other than his lying/cheating.
