Just because something is a "meme" doesn't stop it becoming extremely boring through repetition even if that is itself the "joke".

There is a point when a gag isn't funny anymore. It's a shame when it has to be pointed out to the one guy who still thinks he is being cool by using it but that's what we've come to here.

I believe it has been brought up before that Mike likely threatened to sue VIA if they disqualified him, despite The Cheat signing a waiver that included this:"I agree to abide by any and all rulings of event officials, even if such ruling results in my disqualification."Trolls and Mike's minions aside, I believe we should all come together and express support to VIA to DQ Mike, and further to donate to a legal defense fund should such a need arise.Let's make it happen.

They've had months to do the right thing and plenty of people have been saying all along that we'd have their back in the event of a lawsuit (that had zero chance of happening anyhow). They can DQ Rossi or they can continue to turn a blind eye to obvious cheaters...

To me, it no longer matters. I will never again run that race unless the entire race management team is replaced. The Via Lehigh Valley Marathon is a disgrace to the road racing scene and should be stripped of its Boston qualifier status. There is no point in gouging race participants by putting up costly new timing mats if the race director won't disqualify even the most obvious of cheats. The odds of a participant's chip malfunctioning and them posting zero split times is far more likely than missing every single photo checkpoint at last year's race.

Barb McKeever, you are a complete joke!

Go and race-direct color runs and stay away from actual races!

This would be a great time to own an event management business that competes with McKeever. You wouldn't even have to remind anyone that she is behind the Rossi debacle. Everyone knows it.

I have to write down the list of events she manages that appear on her website and see how many are there in two years.

She better hope her contracts have some years left to run so this can blow over.

I'm still up for the billboard or airplane banner ideas.

And, the advice he would have received, if followed, would have gotten him his prized BQ legitimately.

Excellent question... because if there are, it might demonstrate how serious or half-assed she is about implementing better race controls going forward.

If she only implements additional timing mats at VIA, and none of her other races, that will be one more shining example of her only doing the minimum she can get away with.

Proof positive LRC has more geniuses* per acre than any other running website/forum/etc.*trolls and Mike's Minions need not apply; Mike you are a cheating POS so that is a given
