Did Mike Rossi (viral marathon dad) cheat his way into Boston?

No, that is not it. He would have had to already sign up for Boston using the LVM time when he ran Philadelphia. The registration window closed prior to Philly.

The obvious answer as to why Rossi ran the Philadelphia Marathon is because it is the big race in those parts and he wanted attention. And he probably just wanted to actually run a fall marathon since he did NOT due so at LVM.

That's just it , this is how Rossi thinks . He is so used to bullying people throughout his life that he never realized he wouldn't be able to get away with doing it to people other than the ones in his business . He Used those same bullying tactics on a school principle , even referring to her condescendingly as "Madame Principal" and look what happened . This article and the attention it is bringing on him right now is just starting to peak . By September it'll be much worse for him than it is now . Even his DJ gigs by then will possibly have guests there that might not have known about it a few weeks ago ! He won't sue. He has no damages and he created the publicity around himself and the event(Boston and qualifying.)

You can sue for anything, it's just expensive when there is no case and no damages. No legit lawyer would take the case, at best he finds someone to send cease and desist letters.
