This whole thing couldn't have happened to a better candidate than Mike Rossi . It's been a long time coming , its well deserved . I'd love to hear what his co-workers think of him I bet they are snickering behind his back !
Imagine if he would have owned up to cheating at the start? This would have been bad, but not nearly this bad.
But he is just too stubborn to see this. Oh well.

Why do some many people have an issue with the definition of irony?

So you are threatening to sue a stone expecting to get blood. All of this coming from a guy who is getting blasted in the media for 3 months and the best he can come up with is "prove I didn't run Lehigh".
I would certainly estimate that you are indeed a tool and most certainly not very sharp my friend.
I hope you're not assuming that Mike Rossi makes smart decisions.

Good luck with that lasting. I am surprised a few truthful comments have been left up, since they seem in the business of upholding deceit over there. Most have been deleted or hidden. They'll consider this to be "spam" because they have no idea what they've really done and continue to do and apparently don't even know what spam is. A delicious canned meat...if you are starving.

I think he/she got it right - opposite of what you expected and its funny - Ken insults Mike, Ken is the one hurt - Mike says it hurts his business - business is doing better - everything does seem all the opposite - what definition of irony are you relying on?

EXACTLY! I'm not as poor as Mike would lead you to believe. But good luck finding assets in my name.

Plenty of us have emailed the race (various people at the race). We've also left less-than-snarky questions on their facebook page (only for them to be deleted). They want nothing to do with this issue - so we need to stay on them.

I'm not talking about posting on social media. I'm talking about via email directly to the Via representatives.
Most likely the Facebook page is not managed by anyone in position to answer questions pertaining to Mike Rossi.

We just see who can put together the best best band and rock out. I don't know what instruments he can play but he does like to sing over his music so he must have some pretty strong vocal cords by now. I'll be on lead guitar with my 1984 Cherry Red Carvin DC200T and singing backup.
