Okay, but I never had any intention of bringing up my past or DJing in general. Mike did that. So why lash out at me?

I have some things goings on that could get Mike DQ'd. As do a couple others. Instead of trying to tear me down why don't you send me a Facebook friend request and try and help me do what we all want done; a DQ.

You have an accomplice theory, which has no merit, and when confronted with that reality you turned on others who were here before you and put in serious work organizing and analyzing all of the photos. Mike, three questions:

1. Do you still wear your Boston Marathon gear all the time?

2. If so, do you feel at all insecure wearing it since anytime you do so everyone who knows you cheated (almost all of your friends and family know you cheated, btw, even if they say otherwise to your face) is reminded that you are both a cheater and a liar?

3. Did you buy a bunch of extra gear from the LVM race after you "qualified" there? After all, that was supposedly the RACE OF YOUR LIFE and it would have probably looked strange to your family and friends if an Attention Whore such as yourself just went with the race T-shirt.

The guy can barely break 22:00 for a 5K and wants everyone to believe he actually ran a marathon in 3:11:45.

1. Rossi posted online a letter he received from the principal of his children's elementary school because he took his two children out of school to watch him run in the Boston Marathon.

2. He then responded and wrote a sarcastic and self-serving letter to the principal, addressing it "Dear Madam Principal" rather using her real name which would have demonstrated generally accepted standards of respect (he later tries to claim he loves the school and the principal and meant no harm) when writing a letter. He essentially threw a hissy fit because he believed that he and his family should be treated differently than any other school district families.

3. He never sent that letter to the principal or any other school administrator but instead posted it online. I could understand taking all of this public after you have exhausted all avenues of recourse that responsible people first try, that is, meeting with school officials.

4. He subsequently said he posted both letters on only his Facebook page which were solely intended for his "friends" to see. He then denied that he posted either letter anywhere else but to his Facebook page, yet that was a lie as has been shown via screen captures and saved images of his twitter account and other social media sources (including his company website) that he posted/reposted and tweeted/retweeted said letters and giving tv and radio interviews, all before ever meeting with any administrator in the school district. One could argue that he was cyber-bullying the principal by his childish behavior, the tone of his letter and the sarcasm he envoked.

5. The principal did not single out Rossi or treat him and his two children any different than any of the other 7,500 students in the school district. Partial disclosure - I live in this school district. Letters such as this are issued for unexcused absences. Why he choose to make an issue of this is beyond me because it does not affect a student, especially third graders, unless the student already has a history (10 or more I believe in the state of PA) of unexcused absences.

6. This attention brought scrutiny to his public "running" and race times, as well as all of his posting and boasting on his social media accounts. As questions arose, the once very public figure decided to go uncharacteristically quiet and close his social media accounts or made them private.

7. Rossi posted and boasted about his running and training like he was an accomplished runner or athlete, although much of it sounded quite amateurish. He posted pictures like a teen.

8. He "runs" the race of a lifetime after only 18 months of running and total of about 1,000 miles at the age of 46 and all of sudden he finds modesty and barely mentions his Lehigh Valley Health Network Via Marathon's race time, in spite of somehow cutting an enormous amount of time from his PR. After every other race, he wrote a lot on his social media accounts and posted tons of pictures at each race. However, for some reason, barely a peep from him after the LVM. Things that make you go hmm?

9. When questioned in an interview about the disconnect between previous race times and his LVM race time/pace, he said he wasnt trying in the other races yet in his posts he blatantly boasted about his race times and expressed how he thought his race times were good etc., thus his posted comments are consistent with someone trying to do his best and trying to get BQ. In fact, in the Philadelphia Marathon he mentions his time and the BQ and being upset that he "just" missed a BQ because of a bathroom break.

10. There is not one single photograph of Rossi on the LVM race course, with the exception of the ones at the finish line. The race course did not have time mats but did have several camera checkpoints on the course. There is a nearly continuous run of photos at least three checkpoints.

11. At one of the photo checkpoints there was on average more than 48 photos published per minute for a 13 minute stretch during which Rossi would have to run by the checkpoint (with the fewest photos in any one minute stretch being 40 photos). All of the 20 closest finishers to Rossi (in terms of place, 10 ahead, 10 behind) were spotted at all three checkpoints and yet Mr. Rossi is absent from all three.

12. An analysis of the first photo checkpoint revealed that 199 of the top 200 finishers were photographed. Guess who is missing? Yep, Rossi #2161. Is it a coincidence that the individual who ran his fastest pace/time for a marathon and at a faster pace than many of the shorter distances (in spite of usually slowing down over longer races) did not have one single photo on the course? I think not. No reasonable person thinks its a coincidence. However, I am open to seeing and reviewing any photos or evidence that shows he was in fact on the course, excluding the start and finish lines.

13. The LVM Committee did NOT confirm nor did it state that they believed that Rossi ran the entire race, and they also did not say that they thought his time was accurate and did not say that they thought he did not cheat. Quite the opposite, as their statement said there was no conclusive evidence that his time was inaccurate. Saying or concluding a runner's time is accurate (and here is why we think so) is much different than saying that there was no conclusive evidence that a runner's time was inaccurate. In fact, they did not did provide any evidence that his time was accurate. Why not? But how could they? They did not have interim timing mats and there was not a photo to be found of him on the course. Moreover, they didn't even address the issue of photos in their statement. That is telling.

14. Other runners can at least point to time-stamped photos at various points on the course to say "there I am", which is more than can be said for Rossi! He can't. He hasn't. He refuses to!

15. The lack of photos of Rossi is arguably more damning than his time/pace time. Why? One can debate race times/pace, training etc., but there is no bias in continuous, time-stamped photos being taken by professional photographers there to capture every racer. That is not to say that race times/pace and training is not an important piece of evidence, it is, especially in light of his other race times, particularly his pace in 5k's.

16. The mere fact that the LVM Race Director decided to impanel a committee to "review" this debacle meant there was enough "probable cause" or suspicion to do so. Therefore, it is the LVM Committee's and Rossi's responsibility to provide the conclusive evidence that his time is accurate, not anyone else's to provide conclusive evidence that his time is inaccurate.

17. Of course this isnt any evidence that he ran the race or his time is inaccurate because the LVM abdicated its responsibility of ensuring accuracy and validity of the race times BEFORE the race by not having timing mats throughout the race course and AFTER the race by its flawed investigation, reasoning and statement.

18. Rossi claims to have photos and other exculpatory evidence to demonstrate that his time is accurate/ran the entire race. It is time for Rossi to provide any and all information that he claims to possess rather than just saying so. Saying so does not make it true. If he truly has such evidence, then there is no reason why he should not or would not share it. NONE. Failure to provide this information can only lead one to reasonably conclude that he is lying about this so called "evidence" and thus, he cheated and his time is inaccurate.

Wedding woes: South Jersey brides fear they'll never see the wedding videos they paid for

Jessica and John Healy spent $1,500 to capture their wedding day on film. Nearly two years later, they have yet to see the video they paid for.

There's so many moments that you cant capture (with still photography), said Jessica, a Gloucester City resident.

Attracted by his same-day edit feature a three-minute video edited on the spot and shown the day of the event Healy hired Levittown-based Kenneth Stillman Video to videotape their October 2010 wedding.

I did some research online, and he got horrible reviews, but I wanted to get his side of the story...because I really liked his work, she said of owner Kenneth Stillman. We met him and looked at more of his work, and he basically sold us on hiring him. Healy added Stillman made it seem like he was going to have a video within six months or at least by their first wedding anniversary.

Healy was so impressed by Stillmans amazing same-day edit, she suggested his services to West Deptford resident Amy Morrell. According to Stillmans website, the short video covers wedding preparations through the first dance. Guests can watch the video at the reception.

I think I told her that he was slow but that it was worth it, Healy said apologetically.

Morrells wedding is this August, and she said she has given Stillman about $600 toward his services. When Healy told her friend that Stillman wasnt delivering, Morrell said she gave him the opportunity to admit he had too much on his plate. The women said Stillman told them both that, despite personal problems, he would be able to finish what he started.However, Morrell decided to hire another videographer and plans on ending her contract with Stillman through a different route.

Its a huge stress on me, Morrell said. I dont want anybody else to be subjected to this guy because its not fair, its not fair what he does.

Were going on 19 months (without receiving the video), Healy said. That is absurd.

Though Stillman has no complaints filed against him with Gloucester County or Pennsylvania consumer affairs divisions, 32 people have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau. Stillman has also been featured on CBS Philly late last year for failing to deliver video footage to another couple. When confronted on camera, he eventually did turn the tape over to the other couple.

Calls and emails to Stillman from South Jersey Sunday were not answered before press time. On the CBS clip, Stillman defended his late delivery.

Getting it in a year and having it look good so its something they can watch 50 years from now is more important than getting it in six months.The contract Morrell and Healy said they signed states that Kenneth Stillman Video will do its best to complete the final video within 26 weeks. However, this is only an approximate length of time and if takes longer than that it will not void this contract.

Reading these terms and conditions, its all about him, said Gloucester County Consumer Affairs Director Hal Spence, who read the contract on Stillmans website. Theres nothing in there to protect the consumer.

Spence said one red flag in the contract is the amount of money Stillman requires up-front. According to the document that Healy said was her contract, she was required to pay an initial deposit of $600, another $600 90 days before her wedding, and the balance on the day of her wedding.

Spence suggested that an optimal payment schedule is one-third up front, one-third during the contract and the balance after youre satisfied with the product.

Further, Stillman offers no grace period for cancellations. Once a contract is signed, the terms and conditions read, the money he has, he keeps.

To say no time and no money back, regardless, I just wouldnt use him, Spence said. Who knows whats going to come up?

Finally, Spence said there should be a drop-dead deadline for when the work will be complete, not an approximate time.

The problem is they have these couples over a barrel because they cant reinvent the day, Spence said. I think people really need to look at a contract.

Spence said Gloucester County residents who are about to sign a contract should always get a second opinion and can even call his office at 856-384-6855. Spence also suggests that anyone who is in a position similar to Healy should file a police report.

In Pennsylvania, Attorney General Press Secretary Nils Frederiksen suggests any consumers with issues similar to Morrell and Healy visit their website at

3 On Your Side Update: Pa. Attorney General Sues Wedding Videographer

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) An update on a story 3 On Your Side has been telling you about for more than a year. Weve received multiple complaints against a Pennsylvania wedding videographer. Now, the state attorney general is taking him to court.

Kenneth Stillman of Levittown has videotaped many weddings in his day, but multiple customers told 3 On Your Side he failed to deliver those videos.

We would all love to see my grandparents together again, one woman, Stacey Boytim, told us last year.

The couples each paid at least $1,500 for wedding videos they say still werent delivered more than 6 months later until 3 On Your Side got involved.

Stillman told CBS 3s Natasha Brown last November, I lost editing time due to family tragedies. Getting this in a year and having it look good so its something they can watch 50 years from now is more important than getting it in six months and having it look like crap.

He gave us some of the videos, but others never arrived. Complaints kept coming, so we talked to him again in May (see previous story).

I got behind schedule, Stillman said. You know, Im not a dishonest person.

Now, the Pennsylvania Attorney Generals Office has filed suit, accusing Stillman of willfully breaking consumer protection law for at least 18 clients.

They say he failed to deliver videos from weddings as long ago as 2009 and gave customers misleading, confusing or false information, explanations and excuses. The attorney general is asking a judge to order Stillman to make full restitution and pay $1000 per violation.

Stillman emailed 3 On Your Side and said he never misled his clients. He wrote, A series of unfortunate circumstances caused me to get behind schedule. All clients who are waiting on their videos should remain patientas I am committed to completing each and every one.

The attorney general says clients of Stillman who believe they are eligible for restitution can contact the Bureau of Consumer Protection at 1-800-441-2555 to file a complaint. Consumers with access to the Internet may file a complaint electronically at

Please PLEASE PLEASE do not use this man for your video services. Just google his name and you will understand why others are saying the same. I booked him for a wedding in early 2011 and nothing. He never responds to your phone calls or emails. It's like a broken record but his #1 excuse - a family issue. Hey we all have family issues but we still have to work right? Stop taking on MORE clients and get caught up with those you've obviously neglected. He obviously has spare time in which he gets to update his blog rather frequently.

For those going through this horrible ordeal, the PA Attorney General has filed a suit against him. PLEASE take the time and file here: attorneygeneral.gov. You're not only helping yourself but others that have lost precious memories.

Only gave him 1 star because it was the lowest I could leave. We got married in September 2010, and were told we would have everything by March or April. After being ignored via email & the phone -he finally got back to us in June to tell us he wasnt done and since he wasn't Walmart - he didn't have to respond to us like customer service. Those were his exact words -I still have the email! It took us a whole year to receive the video and the mini dvd's that were supposed to be favors at the wedding reception didn't get made until after - so we had to mail those out as well! He was HORRIBLE!

First to Review

Please avoid this business like the plague. We were married oct. 2010 and have not received our wedding video. After several attempts to contact this business we never received or heard anything. Then out of no where while watching TV we see him on CBS Philly with a couple that was married around the same time we were and yet they never received their wedding video either. Up until you meet him he's professional, well I should say his wife is because after we signed the contract, we never heard from him but it was always his wife. Ladies please if you're considering using him for Wedding Video Services please look else where. I'm now looking into filing a small claims suit against him.

We ran into the SAME EXACT issue! My husband & I just watched the CBS new story and couldn't believe how IDENTICAL our situation was. And Ken seems to be using the same excuse as before, "I have experienced family tragedies." We were married in June 2010, were promised our video in 26 weeks and did not receive it until end of February (after countless emails, phone calls, a visit to his home business and a complaint filed with the BBB). He stated he was backlogged THEN with family issues and tragedies. What a crock! I beg all brides not to use his services.

Wedding Videographer Makes Settlement After 83 Consumer Complaints

A Middletown wedding videographer accused of failing to deliver wedding video products and services promised to and paid for by consumers has settled with the Office of Pennsylvania Attorney General.

Kenneth Stillman Jr. who did business as Kenneth Stillman Video, 1970 Veterans Highway, Unit F-3, Levittown reached the settlement recently after 83 complaints were filed by customers who paid Stillman and never received their videos.

A lawsuit filed in November 2012 by the attorney generals office claimed contracts were signed between Stillman and consumers. The customers made substantial payments in exchange for videography.

According to the attorney generals statement:

Stillman also allegedly failed to respond to consumers complaints, requests for status updates, requests for their videos and requests for refunds. Under the terms of the settlement, Stillman is required to:

Refrain from violating Pennsylvanias Consumer Protection Law in the future;

Deliver to consumers any and all wedding videos in his possession that are outstanding; and

Pay restitution to eligible consumers as well as civil penalties to the Commonwealth.

Stillman had been marketing and selling wedding videography products and services since at least September 2005, according to court filings.

The agreement between Stillman and the attorney generals office still needs to be approved by a Bucks County Court of Common Pleas judge, according to press release from the attorney general.

The Bureau of Consumer Protection is asking consumers who believe they have been victimized by these practices to file a complaint by calling 1-800-441-2555 or visiting

or print a complaint form which can be mailed or faxed to the Attorney Generals Office.

Ken - all you are is a distraction from the topic. They are purposely using you to deflect and you buy into it every single time.
