No, it wasn't an analogy, I was responding to some idiot saying Mike currently has a right to stay silent by explaining how a criminal trial actually works and what his silence means. And no, the process done by VIA was not a trial, for many reasons, including that a trial is open to the public.

Also, i have no interest in Rossi being DQ'd, that is meaningless, and, like most other cheaters, a DQ would not stop him from insisting he really ran. No, I enjoy the endless reminders that Rossi is a cheater and if he was DQ'd the thread would have died about 10,000 posts ago.

Try using that 2004 qualifying time this year. lol

You thinking you have the ability to qualify and actually doing it are two different things. Marathon courses are littered with failures like you who thought they had the ability to qualify.

Deep down, how bad does it make you feel that Rossi (even without his LVM time) finishes 2 miles ahead of you in the marathon. Does it keep you up at night that you can't even keep up with him?
