looks like he runs his 5K pace at Lehigh.

His 10K is 30 secs slower than MP, and his halfs sure don't indicate that fitness.

If he had a big gap of races where he may have taken time off to train I'd buy it, but he keeps racing through.

I understand not racing all races all out.... but that BQ sure is a pretty crazy outlier.

Hi Ken,

This is off-topic but, since nothing much is happening on the Rossi front lately, and you work professionally with video, I wanted to ask your advice on something.

I have around 100 slideshows to music on Windows Movie Maker of various scrambles and mountaineering trips that I've done over the years. I would like to share them with family, who live on the other side of the country but, when I publish them, in order to make them transferable, they come out looking like sh*t due to the images being compressed. My understanding is that the compression works fine for video quality but it sucks for photography.

Anyhow, I know that there are a few sites online for slideshows, but I was wondering if there's a program or internet site that you would personally recommend for this.

I'm looking for something that will allow up to 150 photos to a slideshow, doesn't compress image quality, allows me to use my own music and, preferably, allows me to post the video online, without losing quality. Also, it would be nice if it's relatively cheap.

Any suggestions?

It is possible to do remote slideshows with nodejs, but that technology is currently rather something for the geeks. But just throwing this in to broaden the search for appropriate tools.

Let me take a look at them and see what I can do. I may be able to get them back to you in 2 or 3 years. However, you may have to get the AG involved. Good Luck!

Actually, she is crying because Ken fcked her over. Just like the other couples around them being interviewed on TV because Ken fcked them over too. Look at all the wedding video tapes sitting in cabinet. Why did he accept their money if he didn't do anything for years?

Just because Mike is a pile of shit doesn't mean Ken isn't either, and as an actual runner, i think both need to leave and lost on philly wedding vendor forums.

Just a reminder for the misinformed or uninitiated, Mike Rossi of Rydal PA is a lying, insecure narcissist. He lacks the fortitude to run a modest 3:11 and thus decides to cheat at an inconsequential race to feed his fragile ego. He is a small human being and a prime example of why we need to cleanse the gene pool.

And they way Ken answers allegations I judge him to be of integrity. What Mike&minions are spewing: Not so much.
