The way they time these segments like talking about drink bottles is infuriating. At least do a screen in screen!

Well the first five minutes has been 4 minutes of adverts and another minute of talking about water bottles. What a load of sh!te.

By that logic, don't show anything till the 16th mile. Which kind of is their logic. Anything that does or doesn't happen is more interesting than empty drink tables as a visual. Their problem is that they don't think we want to watch people run.
