Okay, the usual two possibilities are in play here.

One: I didn't lay the sarcasm on thick enough, although I'm at a loss as to how see how I could have gone any more over the top. I guess I need to quit trying to make my points here with a sledgehammer and upgrade to Claymore mine.

If not, then I agree. I had thought Cranny might have had a chance to possibly maintain an edge at 1500m+ (never know if someone will be faster as a senior than she is as a junior), but after yesterday I'm convinced - Efraimson was already faster at 400/800, and now XC. That's some good range.

Agree that sub-4:10 is a real possibility for her this year.
