If an African athlete made these types of jumps at that age and their coach was a convicted doper/cheater ain't no way in hell they would be getting praised the way this girl is rn but half the people on here. Literally almost no pros/collegiate associate with her cause she is so shady.
how is it that 90% of astro's posts get removed, but he never gets banned?
would be classic if it turns out astro is rojo
Something fishy here for sure. I asked nicely a bit ago, even said please, and the post was removed. Reminds me of DFF in the political threads 6 years ago, and we pretty much figured out who that was.
I'm not a fan of astro, but to the "shady" person and others, yeah Wiley was an alleged underage victim in the scandals at Huntington, but in denying the testimony of others in the affidavit and by spurning a top D1 school in favor of the backwater institution which employed the coaches involved she is complicit. And that's just the abuse scandal. With credible sources implicating the HC Johnsons in doping, that program should be considered radioactive. By returning and continuing to associate with them is a huge red flag. So yeah, she looked good today and may even be a contender at US Nats (more likely a top 5), but as long as she stays associated with that program and those people a healthy level of skepticism is warranted.

y'all want to keep acting like Addy hasn't been best in her class since she first stepped on the track as a freshman in hs.
kinda confusing to be honest cause i can't figure out if it's actual ignorance or deliberate malice.

That's totally not true. She wasn't the best in her class until she uncorked that unbelievable national record at the end of her senior year in high school.

Out of nowhere. Well, actually straight from coach’s chemistry lab in his garage.
I figured they would try to tone it down and lower the profile but there is now desperation and doubling down. Unfortunately the HU program was not shut down and we are seeing the circus.

Class of '22 she was 2nd fastest freshman in the nation that year and then the fastest junior and senior year. soph year a wash due to covid. but sure don't let the facts get in the way of your smear campaign.
class of 2022 1600 progression:
2019 1. 4:43 mile - Jenna Hutchins 2. 4:46 - Addy Wiley (only girl in the top 10 that didn't run XC as a frosh) 3. 4:48 - Juliette Whittaker 4. 4:50 - Natalie Cook 5. 4:51 - Emma Hadley 6. 4:51 - Katrina Schlenker 7. 4:51 - Dalia Frias 8. 4:51 - Sofia Abrego 9. 4:52 - Aubrey O'Connell 10. 4:53 - Roisin Willis
She had a huge leap her senior year as an 18 year old. People following the story think the Johnson's may have started doping her once she became an adult.
