Agreed. Boston is soon going to be seen as a cheaters dream destination and many others who did the work to get there will be denied. The BAA has to be more proactive in dissuading cheating or it won't take long to lose the prestige the race now holds. It is under siege now. They should not say 'it's not our problem' in such high profile cases as this one. And they certainly have the legal means to defend any such decision from the ambulance chasers. They should DQ him and give VIA a stern warning about doing proper, thorough and transparent investigations with competent officials and a public report of their findings in the future or their race results will no longer be accepted for 10 years.

Moore currently has a time that she will llkely use to register for Boston. The whole Rossi thing at this point is pretty well played out, and the damage done depending on whether he uses that time to register for Chicago.
I have the initial Rossi post, and I wrote an article after the non-DQ and I posted abingtonrunner's letter.
Ken's blog seemed to lose steam after no one commented when he mentioned it. There's no content on it. Just the shell.
I wish there was some kind of oversight board out there that examined cheating. Its apparent to me in both the Rossi and Moore cases that RD's will err on the side of caution in order to avoid potential lawsuits. I think that these decisions have paved the way for future cheaters to get their BQ.
