For those of you wondering exactly how good of a runner Ken is, and why he is SO qualified to be talking about running at all (he like to talk about weddings, bullying, his son, and Rossi), watch this CBS news report and jump to 0:40 (the rest is just about stuff Ken did).

Kenny, I am all for you assisting in proving that he cheated. The problem is your personal, family and professional attacks leaves you and any evidence uncovered open to the claim that it is "tainted" because of the things you have said. While it shouldn't matter because evidence is evidence, but perceptions are formed unfortunately. I know that he cheated. I want him DQd. I think he will be. I also don't think that even if a DQ is issued he will never admit or apologize.

I read it, but I don't understand how the media has or should have a vested interested in that. If that is the case, then it is not a vested interest, its a conflict of interest and mcall is not worth a damn. It gets big coverage in a small newspaper and probably involved in sponsorship in some way or the race pays for advertising. Gawd, just like the RD no ones going to be part of putting the race down if they've got a vested interest.

Some estimations:

Ken has been posting here nonstop since about May 12. Just over a month.

In that time I would estimate that he has written 300 posts.

If he spends about 2 minutes writing each post, that is 600 minutes. . . that is 10 hours alone just writing.

If you include the time he spends reading them (every one since page 151) it is very likely that Ken has spent upwards of 30 hours on this thread alone in just over a month.

Ken, assuming that you walk about 3mph, you could have walked 90miles. Imagine how much better your health would be! For many of us, we could run between 200 and 300 miles in that time. That is serious mileage.

You say you have depression, a heart condition, and I would imagine sleep apnea based on the CBS video. Start walking 20 minutes a day. It will make your life much better and you could still post here for another 40 minutes a day.
