I think Mike is basically someone with arrested development.
Notice how he essentially brags about running with his injury? An injury that any mortal man would surely be bedridden by .. but not Mike .. no sir mister ... he bravely ran an entire marathon on it. With his doctor basically pleading him not to do it as the pain would just be too intense for any mere mortal to withstand!

If he had any evidence, it is a 100% certainly that he would have released it immediately, while making it as widely available as possible.
Mike either has no evidence that he ran the Lehigh Valley Marathon or he has doctored evidence, that he doesn't want to share publicly as he fears it won't stand up to scrutiny. There is no other possibility.
Would Mike do what he did again if his kids could watch him along the way of the race?
Would he even care if his kids saw him start a race, get in a car, drive to the end of the race and hold a medal around his neck with his shit-eating grin?
Surely they'ed end up one day on welfare thinking that is how grown men are supposed to act.

Mike Rossi cheated. The evidence is overwhelming. And as an aside, we don't need people coming on here at post #8,000 to point that out - we all agreed around post #400.

It's a sad fvcking day when people are forced to choose sides between a marathon cheater and a 300 lb scam artist.

That was before we let hobby jogger triathletes (Tony R of 4:00 marathon fame), 3:45 marathon wedding photographers (GregTR), and 3:10 marathon braggarts like Tim V post on this site. LR has become RW-lite. They actually come here now thinking that they are welcome here.

The reason it doesn't matter if Ken was in trouble with the AG is that he has nothing to do with the evidence against Mike Rossi. We aren't relying on Ken's testimony of seeing Mike slip off the course.
Mike Rossi cut the LVM course where or not Ken is dishonest, fat, slow, and lazy. It just has nothing to do with anything and that is why no one on this thread cares that Ken was once in hot water, other than Mike himself.
Mike, if you'd like to start a new thread about Ken's past, go right ahead. I doubt it will get much traction though since this is, you know, a running forum.
That said, good for Ken for owning up to his past, even if it took the AG to get him over the hump. He at least isn't trying to pretend it never happened in the face of overwhelming evidence to the contrary. Only you do that, Mike.
Some of the nice runners on here have convinced me to take up running. So I am now declaring myself a runner. There's really no criteria for posting here with regards to how long I must be doing it or how fast.
On the treadmill at the gym I go 2 miles an hour. But it's still faster than Mike - unless you count going 65 on I-78.

The real loser Mike Rossi ran the Boston Marathon. I can't recall the time (4:30???) which is embarrassing, but still beyond what you could ever accomplish in your fat fvck life.
