Exactly what I would expect from a cheater. Playing dirty.

Take the high road. Admit you cheated and then you can go after Ken. But for now, we are focused on your cheating ways.

At first I wasn't going to respond, but I honestly love bragging about what a good kid my son it. He's 15 and will be an Eagle Scout by the end of the summer. He just finished his first video editing project in Final Cut Pro X - a school assignment about how to show proper respect towards the American Flag. Later this week he's going to upload it to YouTube.

Maybe you'll see that trying to have things go viral can be used for more than just bullying people.

I never claimed to be "father of the year". You did every time you answered the phone and berated that principal to a news reporters. "I teach my kids more in 5 days than that school does all year".

We need SaraB to make a spreadsheet, keeping track of what a loser you are.

You seem like you are a smart guy. I would think that you know what's best. But the fact that you allow this to continue (and even come here to continue the conversation) boggles the mind.

Why wouldn't you ask the RD to DQ you? Come out with a statement that says "I respect the marathon's decision. I am proud of my accomplishments and look forward to my next race"

You don't admit guilt, but it is implied.

Back to the main topic. An excerpt from one of the many rational, reasonable indisputable stories about Mike Rossi…

While Rossi documented his other recent marathons in detail, he didn’t say much about his 3:11:45 breakthrough on his blog and social media before they went private. He never wrote a race report about the Via Marathon, but he wrote about his 3:43 marathon in Philadelphia 10 weeks later. He posted about qualifying for Boston on social media, but refrained from mentioning his breakthrough time.

Mike Rossi posted a photo of himself at the Via Marathon's finish line on Facebook the day of the race, but did not mention his time of 3:11:45 in any of his public posts that day.

Shortly after Runner’s World first contacted him for this article, he changed the viewing permissions on his Facebook page and blog and deleted his Twitter account. He wrote that he took these steps “because of the excessive harrassment and personal threats” he was receiving as the story began to spread.

In the Philadelphia Marathon race report posted on his now-private blog, Rossi wrote that after the 20-mile mark, “I finally looked at my GPS watch and saw that I was not far from another BQ! Then, around mile 22 I had to use the bathroom…and that crushed any chance of a BQ. Bummer :( ”

The splits from Rossi’s Philadelphia race tell a different story. He went through 10K in 51:14 (8:14 pace), halfway in 1:47:08 (8:10 pace overall), and 30K in 2:34:32 (8:17 pace overall), indicating he was never on the 7:50 pace he would need to run a Boston qualifier.

He wrote on his blog, “Overall I was happy with my time.”

This is the most damning thing to me, and one of those things you really need to be a runner to understand. I'm Rossi's age and have a similar "real" marathon PR of 3:44. If I was able to go out and kill it on a course with a 3:11 I'd be taking out f*&^ing superbowl ads to let people know. This attention whore didn't whisper a thing.

Such a scum bag, cheating fraud.

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — An update on a story 3 On Your Side has been telling you about for more than a year. We’ve received multiple complaints against a Pennsylvania wedding videographer. Now, the state attorney general is taking him to court.

Kenneth Stillman of Levittown has videotaped many weddings in his day, but multiple customers told 3 On Your Side he failed to deliver those videos.

“We would all love to see my grandparents together again,” one woman, Stacey Boytim, told us last year.

The couples each paid at least $1,500 for wedding videos they say still weren’t delivered more than 6 months later — until 3 On Your Side got involved.

Stillman told CBS 3’s Natasha Brown last November, “I lost editing time due to family tragedies. Getting this in a year and having it look good so it’s something they can watch 50 years from now is more important than getting it in six months and having it look like crap.”

He gave us some of the videos, but others never arrived. Complaints kept coming, so we talked to him again in May (see previous story).

“I got behind schedule,” Stillman said. “You know, I’m not a dishonest person.”

Now, the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office has filed suit, accusing Stillman of willfully breaking consumer protection law for at least 18 clients.

They say he failed to deliver videos from weddings as long ago as 2009 and gave customers “misleading, confusing or false information, explanations and excuses.” The attorney general is asking a judge to order Stillman to make full restitution and pay $1000 per violation.

Stillman emailed 3 On Your Side and said he never misled his clients. He wrote, “A series of unfortunate circumstances caused me to get behind schedule. All clients who are waiting on their videos should remain patient…as I am committed to completing each and every one.”

The attorney general says clients of Stillman who believe they are eligible for restitution can contact the Bureau of Consumer Protection at 1-800-441-2555 to file a complaint. Consumers with access to the Internet may file a complaint electronically at
