And it's been several weeks. When I asked about the status it seems the same as when they declined to DQ.

Did the RD already say no further comment? If that's the case, then it seems memes are all we got left unless anybody has made any actual progress with an organization capable of giving him a DQ.

People are saying "behind the scenes " but has anybody gotten any real responses from such organizations along those lines? Why would you want to keep this behind the scenes and not let us know?

What evidence did you consider?

Has the Race Director ever disqualified an athlete from an event?

What would you consider to be conclusive evidence in this case?

If you don't believe he cheated, why are you making such significant changes to ensure that nobody cheats next year?

In what ways did Mike Rossi cooperate with your investigation?

Is Mike Rossi welcome to enter your event in the future?

Were you contacted by a lawyer representing Mike Rossi during the course of your investigation?
