Slow first mile- 4:52/:53?

Fisher salvages what was otherwise a disappointing day for the MW getting the win, despite Dressel throwing bows. West dominated though.

The last half mile of the boys race was great. Fisher and Dressel (sp?) were trading the lead and bumping each other the whole time.

Fisher completely cut him off. Dressel was trying to get the shortest straight away, Fisher wouldn't move, you have to be aggressive.

Well apparently it only the three of us knew just how good rant is. Beautiful form. Looked insanely relaxed the whole time. And then he's got that sophomore 3:50 1500m speed to finish things up.
