I've posted before that I believe that we need to care about the other cheaters equally. But, the fact is this hit a lot of people personally..because of the letter. And I do believe that many care more about that than the actual cheating. The motivation doesn't really matter to me.

I am guilty of going after some cases harder than others.

Personally, I'm more passionate about Kara Knoblock Moore..Maybe it's because I uncovered it--or that that her case is even more obvious. And now that I learned she somehow hit the halfway mat - it seems to be 100% pre-meditated. I hope that if nothing else, she won't pull that crap again because she knows we'll be all over it.

But she was quick to pull out her personal story when questioned and is using legitimate issues as an excuse to cheat and as a defense against anyone that dare question her.

I've added it. To be honest I find that letter difficult to read and follow but you are right it should have been added

I think he should focus on all cheaters too, does that make me Mike as well? My head hurts from running a very bad 5k but if there is something we should be looking at in any other cases then lets go for it.

That article was really well done. MR's fraud at the LVM should be an episode on CNBC's American Greed. Would love to meet this guy and ask him directly if he cut the LVM course last September and watch him as he looks away and down and denies it. Sad.

First, you say MR could do 3:11 on 15mpw because elite athletes could do it. Quality vs quantity as you say.

Then you say you have a medal to prove it, but won't even post your own PRs and training.

Finally you point to great runners who know that 15mpw won't get you even CLOSE, all while neglecting the fact that you equated quality with speed work and base training with junk? What kind of training plan is that for running 26.2 fast?

Please tell me more about what I don't know about running.
