I sure do. Unless the shooter is contracted to specifically hand over the footage, the copyright owner of any video or photos taken is the person who pushes the button on the device. I imagine everyone taking these videos are either Mike, his wife, kids or a friend, whom would have no issue signing over the copyright to Mike to sue me.

Mike can threaten lawsuits all he wants to the race or people on this forum. We're all voicing opinions that we cannot be sued for. I'm not going to give him something to actually sue about.

You are the biggest douche on this site right now, and that is saying something.

He does all those things without people whispering because people don't know about his cheating, and if they did, they wouldn't care because they are impressed with that anybody who runs a marathon at all - which he has done.

The fact that you are thinking about how often he and his wife has sex is disturbing.

You should gather all the "evidence" you want and what will happen? Let's say you get a video of him leaving the course and driving. That will be in the news for what, one or two days? Wow. His life will be so cold in 6 months time. I don't give a damn if the dj at my wedding got out of jail for selling drugs a year ago so long as he plays the music I want and doesn't try to murder someone at my wedding.

Plus, why are you guys so scared of his lawyer? If he sends you a letter then give it to your lawyer. Unless you live nearby then I do not see a court granting jurisdiction and force you to travel to his state for a lawsuit. Cease and desist letters have just about 0 legal value. Have any of you even been in a lawsuit across state lines?

The only people who should be worried are those trying to ruin his livelihood and stalking him and his family. But you've got problems anyways.
