I might catch flack for this but maybe she should focus on the 10,000 sooner rather than later. She beat Natosha Rogers/ran faster than Rogers’s PB in her only 10k in the last few years, and there’s less depth at the top of the U.S. women’s 10k. FWIW her 30:48 is her highest World Athletics points score outdoors.

No flack. She would have run 10k at usatf were it not for the issue with world standard. I think you'll still see her run 1500 thru 10k, but '24 focus will be 10k. Post '24, you may even see some road racing and a 1/2. Running shorter stuff keeps speed and avoids boredom.
100MH remains one of the most overlooked events. Insane overall depth. That has got to be one of the strongest 100MH fields ever. 12.58 only gets you 7th place?! And to think that Camacho-Quinn wasn't even in this field..

Not overlooked by real track fans!
It’s the best event in track right now. All the best show up at all the races and race each other constantly. What a blast
Top 3 (Meshesha, Haylom and Welteji) all enter the top-20 all time and are #6, #8 and #9 this century. Courtney-Bryant and Reekie are now #3 and #4 U.K. behind Laura Muir and Kelly Holmes.
Must be a good day to run a fast 1500.
Great conditions for sure and makes me wonder, what are the Ethiopian miler coaches doing right with the women that's not happening with the men?
If a recording of this race pops up anywhere, please post.
