Des Linden joined the lead pack as the women are not pushing at all. She's now fallen back as they are on 2:25:17 pace at 25k with 19 women in the leadpack and Des in 20th

Have we ever seen CJ run “smart” before? Maybe his lack of fitness will translate into his best run ever.
I can't stand the ESPN2 coverage. Running is the only sport where production is designed to cut away from the elite races as much as possible. No other sport broadcasts like this. Why do we let it happen in running? & I know it's a lot of time to watch people run but cycling/triathlon have longer events that keep cameras on the athletes the entire time
