I don't know why people are saying there is no evidence he cheated. I am looking at the photos from the race and everyone says, in big letters, "PROOF" - as in "proof" that Mike Rossi did not run this race.
Just thought I'd let you know, he cheats and cuts short my morning walk too.

I agree. But... What's the difference between this guy and Jim and Tammy Fay baker? Or frigging Tsarnaev? Sure: people didn't get bilked out of money or die. For sure. But that's the relative nature of this. Somewhere out there is a a principal whose life became a living nightmare because of this fraud. And somewhere there is some guy who missed out on what may have well been his "once in a lifetime chance" because this guy cheated. He hung his narcissistic ass a good long way out there. He used his family as a prop to further his "superhero" illustration of his life. When you ante up that big? You better be GD prepared to lose. Happy life? I hope this f*er gets therapy and atones for the nightmare he's made de the family he has used as a damn accessory. He's a ridiculous human being with the depth of a Dixie cup. Sorry ? No, I'm not sorry someone called the police on you. Y'all deserved that. What was sad and puzzling was that most of you thought you didn't. Here's a short list of what either you did or what you knew about and didn't stop:
- tracking human beings
- stealing someone's work
- photoshopping nude photo and sharing them
- hacked bank information
- hacked private emails
- hacked private documents
- stalking
- harassment
- lying
- lying after medical mistreatment
- monitoring a woman through cameras
- verbal abuse/cruelty
- defamation
- death threats (I've received many this past year)
I know it's hard to see that you have been a terrible person, but you have been a terrible person. And then you blamed me for showing you the truth.

I've been wondering if there's a possibility this thread (about 3280 posts) will reach the 5000 number before Down Goes The Dow. The latter only needs 55 more posts, but it grows at a substantially slower rate. If there are some new significant developments regarding Rossi it could very well happen within a week or less.

Wow! I finally decided to click on this thread. I hadn't heard about any of this (letter or controversial BQ) as I have been preoccupied moving my corn mill from Bangalore to Pune. But, seriously WOW! Why do people do stuff like this?
Mike, it's clear you're new to the sport but be aware that while all the evidence may seem circumstantial to you and your lawyer (assuming he / she is not a runner), it's actually pretty conclusive evidence to anyone who has experience training for / competing in marathons. You will not win this one. Please come clean, it'll be a lot less painful for you and your family. The sad thing is your legit marathon at Philly (3:43) if really run off of 15 mpw suggests that if you put in a couple of years of solid mileage and worked on your times at shorter distances, you probably could've gotten a legit BQ....probably not 3:11 but a BQ none the less. It might have taken 2-3 years but it could've happened without cheating.
