This is going to be an interesting set of races. One guy takes it out hard in the men’s race at about 5 miles. Now has a 55 second lead at 10 miles.

Remember Jonathan Gauls posted his mile breakdown of the course and when to expect faster and slower splits during the race.

Walmsley went through 10 miles in 50:03, 24th place.

why don't these clowns give the splits?
