Did Mike Rossi (viral marathon dad) cheat his way into Boston?

He would've had to change his shoes, which would be pretty elaborate, if it's him the dude must loop up to Kip Litton. Trying to find more photos of that guy in the half

Modern multiverse theory claims that every possible outcome will be achieved in a different universe. Considering this theory, because there is a universe where Mike ran the race of his life and did not cheat, I hereby declare Mike Rossi Dad of the Year (2015).

I think this got covered 80 or 90 pages ago, but can you remind me how to open up the race photos on that site to jump straight to a roll and frame?

So if that is him and he did cheat that way, he wore a different bib (for the half) during that part of the race.

OK, I don't think the guy at the half start is him. Looks like 5222 / Michael Sirak. I think that's a dead end. If he cheated (and I still think he did) he probably just skipped a lot of the course.

I scanned 30 pages since yesterday afternoon to see if there was anything new...nope, same idiots repeating the same thing. There has been very little to update for at least 3 days. The big winners in this are the Brojos and will remain winners until Mike gets DQ'd which is NEVER or he admits to cheating which is NEVER.

Keep up with the "Nice try Mike" or "not sure if anyone has considered this" comments...adds so much to the conversation. Those posts alone would trim this tread by 50 pages.

There's no way a full marathon runner could get a time starting with the half marathoners. The timing systems usually block out runners from other events.

Well, one out of two isn't bad. Of course he never admits to cheating. Even after he is DQd from the LV Marathon he won't admit it. And yes, he will be DQd from the LV Marathon. If you really read the last 30 pages like you said, then you would know that.

So far there is no reason to think he started with the HMers. The system registered his start time and that time is very similar to what others have. I think that is a dead end. It is much more likely he did the mass marathon start, walked to a car park, and that was that.

Disqus has its own problems. First of which is Rojo loses total control of the message board. Second is when it gets hacked, and it has already, Rojo is on the hook for Disqus' half-assery.

Fair point, LR has technical problems. Every software product does. But since it isn't Disqus, many people all over the world aren't grinding hours away searching for the holes.

Has Rosie Rossi admitted yet?

Nope, not rare at all. A lot of people sign up for races, especially longer runs like half and full marathons, and treat them as training runs for their big race. I've done many times myself. In Mike's case though, he clearly was putting in some effort in his 5K and half marathons.
